Julie Chong (LGO ’25)

Prior to LGO, Julie held project managerial roles in the construction industry and in management consulting. She completed her 6-month LGO internship at Stryker in the Endoscopy division and then returned for a full-time position in the Joint Replacement division.
Priya Chacko (LGO ’24)

Previous studies: University of Texas at Austin, Biomedical Engineering
Priya spent six years in various engineering roles at Stryker before joining the LGO program. During her Stryker career, she worked in Manufacturing and Operations, supported the Service and Advanced Operations teams, and led International Service for the Endoscopy division. After completing the LGO program, she returned to Stryker in Division Operations and Strategy.
Jennifer Hochstatter (LGO ’02)
Vice President, Division Operations

Previous studies: USC, Industrial and Systems Engineering
Jennifer had an 11-year career at Intel, during which time she was sponsored to attend the LGO program. She had a succession of roles in demand management and supply chain at Apple, Jawbone, and several startups, before joining Stryker in 2023 to lead division operations.
Viju Menon (LGO ’94)
Group President, Global Quality and Operations
While at LGO: MBA & SM Electrical Engineering and Computer Science
Previous studies: University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, Computer Science and Engineering
Viju had a 19-year Intel career, distinguished by key leadership roles such as Factory Manager and Head of Worldwide Supply Planning Operations. After leaving Intel, Viju joined Verizon Wireless as Vice President, Supply Chain, eventually rising to become Chief Supply Chain Officer for all of Verizon. In 2018 Viju was named Group President for Global Quality and Operations at Stryker.
