Stanley Black & Decker’s initial LGO interns will work on topics in digitization and automation in manufacturing, Lean manufacturing, process and flow modeling and optimization, sustainability, and data models and machine learning.

Future LGO graduates may have opportunities to join Stanley Black & Decker in a variety of roles within Operational Excellence and Global Supply Chain, touching on key business priorities including data modeling / machine learning, design for manufacturing, and sustainability in manufacturing.

Jane joined Stanley Black & Decker in 2023 and is one of the company’s senior operations excellence leaders.  Prior to joining SBD, Jane led the Supply Chain Strategy and PMO for Henkel’s Americas Beauty business.  She has previously worked for McKinsey & Company in the operations and consumer goods practices, led internal operations and business strategy for multiple divisions within Nike, and held various supply chain planning and optimization roles at PepsiCo.
