Kevin’s passion for electric power brought him to Thailand, where he worked as a Luce Scholar to develop long-term renewables targets, and around the United States at utility companies and as a consultant. At NextEra he has leveraged his MIT LGO experience in the company’s strategic development and acquisitions team as well as their analytics group.

Before joining LGO, Maddy held research-focused roles at a defense startup. She conducted her LGO internship at NextEra analyzing methane pyrolysis, a way of making hydrogen from natural gas without emitting carbon dioxide. Her thesis received the 2023 LFM Capital LGO Best Thesis award. Since graduating, she joined NextEra Energy Resources full-time to continue assessing potential acquisitions.
