Target is a Fortune 50 retailer whose 1850+ US stores and digital customers are served by a massive global supply chain and logistics organization. The company engaged LGO as it looks to transform its supply chain and logistics through advanced robotics and artificial intelligence solutions. LGO students can work on Target projects related to automation sortation and quality assurance and the company is eager to hire LGO graduates.

Lydia worked as a consultant at Bain & Company for four years before joining the LGO program. She interned with Target’s Global Supply Chain & Logistics team, where she worked on a backroom inventory minimization project.  Following graduation, she joined the Arrows rotational program at Target.
