The company engaged LGO as it looks to transform its supply chain and logistics through advanced robotics and artificial intelligence solutions. LGO students can work on Target projects related to automation sortation and quality assurance and the company is eager to hire LGO graduates.

A role in Target’s Supply Chain team means creating industry leading intelligence solutions to drive best in class omnichannel guest experiences at the lowest cost to Target. You might focus on enabling the future transportation operating model, optimizing inventory management, driving topology planning or leveraging deep business insights and analytics to propel Target’s Supply Chain.
Target’s Arrows Graduate Program is a multi-year executive development program designed to attract, develop and retain talented leaders within logistics and operations. Our goal is to improve our current operations model to help increase speed and efficiency, obtain a higher level of accuracy all while creating less complexity. Through hands-on experience, presentations and customized development, you will improve end-to-end knowledge in all areas of Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations while building an extensive internal network.

Lydia worked as a consultant at Bain & Company for four years before joining the LGO program. She interned with Target’s Global Supply Chain & Logistics team, where she worked on a backroom inventory minimization project.  Following graduation, she joined the Arrows rotational program at Target.
