Paisley came to LGO after several years in the medical device industry, where she led both product development and manufacturing improvement projects. During her LGO internship, she developed automation tools for composites engineering at Re:Build Manufacturing. After graduating, she joined Coherent as a Special Projects Manager in the supply chain organization. There, she leads cross-functional initiatives and synthesizes operational data to support strategy and decision-making.
