Delphi Technologies

Delphi Technologies is a global automotive Tier 1 company and leader in vehicle propulsion technology.   MIT Leaders for Global Operations is strongly represented at Delphi with CEO Rick Dauch, Michael Dorah as Senior VP Manufacturing Systems, Heather Klish, VP Supply Chain & Lean, and David Lauzun as VP Engineering.  These four leaders joined Delphi to lead the organization into the next era of propulsion – across the business and specifically in engineering, manufacturing and supply chain.  Key priorities at Delphi are Electrification and Advanced Technology, Industry 4.0 and Digitization, as well as Lean Enterprise / Supply Chain. These are areas that LGO interns or new graduates will explore as Delphi comes onboard as an LGO partner company.

Heather has over 20 years of experience in engineering and operations related-roles and has become known for her leadership strength in changing culture and turning around under-performing organizations. She started her career as a co-op at General Motors in product development and then after graduating from LGO, moved into operations shop floor management and lean implementation at American Axle.

In 2008, she entered the world of private equity to become a turn-around team member at Acument Global Technologies.  There she was responsible for implementing a Global Lean Operating System and establishing a robust Supply Chain organization.  Her next private equity turn-around was with The Carlyle Group as Vice President of Operations for Axletech, a global heavy duty axle and drivetrain component supplier.   She was responsible for North American operations, Global Quality and Global Supply Chain.  She was also part of the electrification team that brought concept to reality of a new E-axle product suite for heavy duty and transit applications.   She joined Delphi in 2019 to create a benchmark lean supply chain organization.
