The thing that impressed me about Don in this was how clearly he foretold the situation at this company years in advance. Everything we were describing, good\/bad\/interesting were things Don knew years earlier would be the case. Nothing we said could surprise him or even seem new, yet he didn\u2019t let that come across as \u201cthe all-knowing Don\u201d. He and Shoji both were clairvoyant, yet humble.
