The LGO Difference
What makes the Leaders for Global Operations (LGO) program different? In this video, you'll hear from executives at Boeing, Dell and Honeywell (some of whom are LGO alumni) along with recent LGO graduates.
LGO develops leaders of operations-oriented companies who bring both a management perspective and deep technical understanding. Its mission is to generate cutting-edge knowledge at the intersection of engineering and management, and to educate leaders to address the world's most challenging operations problems.
Among the distinguishing features of LGO's unique educational experience:
- A six-month internship at a partner company in which students address significant interdisciplinary business challenges
- The chance to earn an MS in one of eight engineering disciplines
- Ample opportunities to identify and enhance innate capabilities in preparation for leadership positions at operations-oriented companies
- A curriculum and culture that emphasize teamwork and foster camaraderie that extends beyond graduation
